1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Taylo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Taylo operates as a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking tailoring services with independent tailors offering such services. We provide the technology infrastructure but do not provide tailoring services ourselves.
2. Platform Role and Limitations
IMPORTANT: Taylo is a marketplace platform ONLY. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between users.
We DO NOT:
- Provide tailoring services or employ tailors
- Process, handle, hold, or facilitate any payments between users
- Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of services
- Verify the credentials, skills, or background of tailors
- Mediate disputes or provide arbitration services
- Offer refunds, chargebacks, or payment protection
- Control the actions, pricing, or conduct of platform users
We DO:
- Provide a platform for users to discover and communicate
- Enable profile creation, messaging, and order management tools
- Maintain the technical infrastructure
- Provide customer support for platform usage issues
3. User Eligibility and Account Registration
To use Taylo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Financial Transactions
CRITICAL: All financial transactions occur directly between customers and tailors. Taylo does NOT process payments.
You negotiate pricing, payment terms, and methods directly. You are solely responsible for completing payments and bear all risks associated with payment transactions.
Taylo has NO liability for non-payment, fraud, disputes, refunds, or any payment-related issues.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We are NOT liable for quality, timeliness, disputes, damages, fraud, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylo from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or transactions with other users.
